The website entry package covers 8 to 10 custom pages, including service pages, and three review rounds. We agree the scope and price before work starts. Additional pages, extra review rounds and features outside that scope are quoted separately. No VAT is added.
Can you redesign our existing website?
Yes. Share your current website and tell us what is no longer working. We will discuss what to keep, what to improve and how to bring the site in line with your business today.
How long will the project take?
We agree the timing once we know what you need. Your project plan sets out each step, including when we need your content and feedback.
Do we need to provide the copy and images?
We discuss the words and images you need on the call. Your proposal states who will provide them. Writing, photography and branding are not included in the starting price unless we agree this with you.
Can you build a customer portal or custom app?
Yes. Custom apps start from £4,999. We discuss the problem, who will use the app and how they work. Then we agree the features, price and timing before we start.
What happens after launch?
Website care is optional. For care customers, we also offer fixed packs to help improve search visibility (SEO). We agree the work and price first. App support is agreed separately.
